Registration

All persons wishing to attend the conference are kindly requested to register online through the conference website. It is advised to register in advance (before the deadline of early registration) to receive an early registration discount.

All dates are shown in Korean Standard Time (UTC +09:00)
The currency exchange rate for domestic participants will be determined according to the opening of the registration system.
On-site registration may not be possible under COVID19’s social distancing guidelines.

  • To Authors/Co-authors

    Completion of an online registration by June 25 2021 August 6, 2021 is required for a paper to be included in the conference program.
    One registration is allowed to cover only one presentation.
    Due to social distancing, access to the session hall may be restricted at the site. In this case, online participation through Zoom is recommended.

    Category Description
    Offline Domestic attendees are recommended to registration for the offline conference.
    Online International attendees who are not able to attend to the conference will give their presentation by the video clip. The registrants can access all the sessions through the online portal.
    Professional All authors, co-authors, participants from industry, private and governmental research and development laboratories, independent consultants and technical managers, etc. The regular fee includes admission to all technical sessions, break refreshments, lunches, banquet, and a conference kit including a program book.
    Student Graduate or undergraduate university students. The student fee includes admission to all technical sessions, break refreshments, lunches, banquet, and a conference kit including a program book. Students should be able to present a valid student ID/certificate during registration.
    Accompanying
    Person
    Spouses or family members of participants. The accompanying person fee includes admission to banquet.
  • Methods of payment

    Full payment of fees is required prior to the conference. Payment can be made via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Please read carefully before proceeding registration. Please ensure you read all payment information and Terms and Conditions during the registration process. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed. Payment can be made in the following ways:

    Credit Card
    • ONLY VISA, MASTER, and JCB CARDS are ACCEPTABLE.
    • Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.
    • Please confirm your payment receipt provided by your card vendor.
    Bank Transfer
    • Please note that fee has to be transferred under the registrant’s name.
    • Bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrant.
    • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should send to the secretariat (secretariat@phmap.org).

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Before applying for cancellation, please refer to the following policy carefully.
    [Pre-registration]
    Cancellations are allowed only if it has been requested on or before July 9, 2021. In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations after July 10, 2021 will forfeit the registration fee.

    [Late registration]
    Cancellations are allowed only if it has been requested on or before August 20, 2021. In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations after August 20, 2021 will forfeit the registration fee.

    [Transfer Policy]
    If a participant cannot attend the conference and wish to transfer his/her registration to another colleague, he/she is able to do it free of charge. The attendees who wish to transfer their registration should email to Secretariat of PHMAP21 with the substitute’s name, email address, contact number by August 20, 2021.
